Three of the four Alfa Romeo Tipo 33/2 Flerons that entered the 1967 Targa Florio race.

The official name of this car is Tipo 33/2 Periscopica (because of the air intake), but it's first appearance six day's after the press introduction was during a hill climb in the Belgian town of Fléron on 12th March 1967. The Tipo 33/2 had a 1995 cc V8 engine, designed by Giuseppe Busso and produced 270 HP at 9600 rpm. The car's top speed was around 300 km/h. Four cars (nrs. 170, 190, 192 and 200) started in the Targa Florio together on May 14th 1967. Race preperation by the recently started Autodelta race division had been poor. The car driven by Galli (200) had to retire because of ignition problems; One car crashed. Bonnier's (190)car and car number 170 of Rolland retired with a broken front suspension. Three of the Flérons of the Autodelta team competed in the 1000 km race at the Nürburgring on 28th May. One car finished 5th, one car had to retire with a gearbox problem and the third car (again) broke its front suspension and did not finish the race. At the next race for the Tipo 33/2, the Fléron body was replaced with the so called 'Mugello' body.
